Has anyone made there own sphere testing rig ? Im keen to make one , Im an engineer and have high pressure gauges and fittings etc.

If you are intending the regas your own spheres, the Tecnosir C720 regassing tool is also capable of checking a sphere's pressure, once the regas valve has been fitted to the sphere. This can also be done on the car, if the system pressure is relaxed.

And here is mine made from hydraulic jack and rear Xantia cylinder... Works great and simple to use and manufacture...

It's a commercially made one but is very simple and shows exactly what is needed.
