M people as well.I seem to remember the 1st time the ad was shown, prime time in the evening.Wasn`t it the full 3 1/2 mins or so version of the song? Then after that they cut it down to the normal 30 odd sec advert?
Currently, Groove Amarda shakin that ass for the Clio.
Pug 205 from the 80`s,Malcom McClarens house of the blue danube ?

Who fancies running with a clearance timing belt? :)

It's a bit like credit cards: you only get the low or no interest deal if you are a new customer; they don't give it to the existing ones.
I was an RAC member for 13 years, and I must admit they were very good on the rare occasions I used them, but they just got too expensive- I am now with national breakdown , arranged through the CSMA and it's a...

I have'nt got it yet, watch this space!

I know what you mean, but I seem to be paying an absolute fortune in income tax to a government that's more interested in fox-hunting and Iraq than the dire state of our transport infrastructure, the homeless, street crime, etc- not to mention the 100 odd quid a month in council tax which I seem to get less and less for!!!
I heard a talk show jock...

I went up to see my sister at RAF Valley, Anglesey, because I was bored one Saturday. Got there and she was away for the weekend so drove back.
That was from Cambridge to RAF Valley and return in one go - in a Ford Anglia in 1968. Can't remember how long it took but it was a very, very long time.

Nice idea!
Perhaps breaking down into marque, or even petrol / diesel catergories.
I realise this could lead to a small amount of work for Jon , but I'm sure it's not impossible......is it??
Just how many different head gasket threads can there be??

Full owner service history: Owner under 30; price -5%
full owner service history: owner over 40; Price + 10%
Dealer service history; explain to owner that it has been extensively vandalised and mistreated and that there are the records to prove it: price-30%

If your ISP account was originally from a disk then just reload or get a new one. They give you the choice of loading a new or existing account. If it was an 'on line' account - I don't know! Unless it is a broadband connection ISP then your modem should detect it and your operating system should go and get the drivers, software connection etc.
Or...

Yeah - I forwarded that round the whole office - very funny!!

$830 for 1.I know what i`d spend my money on!$830 buys a lot of oil & filters.
If it is so good, why dont manufactures fit it as OE?Apart from losing on servicing costs.
I`d keep an openmide myself.

The Axel is not quite a Visa - it has a version of the aircooled flat four in it, as does/did the Oltcit

I understand and have read all the blurb. But common sence is still telling me that to stop and then re-start the engine takes power from the battery and costs fuel at the point of starting even when hot/ warm. I did have ago in the Golf with the system and in a trffic jam like on the motor way say J9 M6 South (walsall) but around Birminghams City...

I just wanted to say I have had some of the best customer service for once from Peugeot. Not here in England, but Kenya! Some of you may of read about my 504, which I am doing up, and on my seach for parts ended up contacting Peugeot Kenya. They are the last factory to build 504, and were more than happy to assist in searching parts, even offering...

Have now shown the wife what I'm talking about some times. I'd shown her the rubbishel several times but she didn't quite get it.

Visa sold about 1.25 million which does quite suprise me, must have been quite popular in France and that probably includes the c15 which you can still get and was popular as cheap etc

Please dont start me on this. I live in a seaside retirenment town next to the one thats deemed THE seaside retirenment town of england (eastbourne) and believe me, I fear for my life driving anywhere at the weekend. I try not to drive at all as its just a total joke. Glad I work in the week as I had last friday off and sat in the pub for lunch I...

Jamie, it really does encapsulate the German driver to a T; I worked with a chap in Germany, before seat belts, who was off work for a couple of weeks and when he returned to work he had a couple of black eyes, a stiched up face and a limp. Asked what had happened and was told quite firmly that he had had the right of way; turned out that there...

Again Renault dealer. Wife has older other shape Megan Convertible, one of the last built. She saw one of these 'road boxes' for sale on E-bay sold for £180. I want one, she said but that price is too much, . Down to the dealer who huff'd and puff'd and announced that a new one in platimum would be..... £1500, thats right £1500 or there abouts ....

My last conversation in TwitFit went something like this- Can You fit 2 of those special offer 2 new tyres for £45 please?

bmw in other photo, quality mistake by the seller :)

The correct punishment is of course the guillotine- I'll just go an' get me knitting.
Realistically, it is a French Cortina, not as good as a CX but better by far than the fascinating but thirsty, rusty, leaky GS.
The GS will always be a curiosity but the CX will never be less than a Classic
I don't think anybody will ever regard the BX as a...

I see that sort of thing all the time on eBay. DVDs, mobile phones and PC components regularly fetch more than the new price.

My plum tree is plum crazy . Is that any help? Its no help to me they keep falling in our garden.

Ever considered building a Visa Gti stretch limo?

I have collected Paul's old BX on behalf of DLM who is finding the TZI estate a bit too thirsty. Paul had the car for five years and kept it very well indeed before a suspected HG failure induced him to buy a Xantia to replace it. The local Citroen dealers will have retired to Barbados having seen the service history which is expensive and...

Welcome Bob. I can only suggest the fuel economy and general increase in running costs. Otherwise a very nice motor Robin

No but there is an old car club Anciennes pistons in the Mayenne. They may have a website where you might enquire. Some years ago the French had a deal where you were paid big bucks to scrap your old car so relatively few old cars exist over there unfortunately.
That's why there isn't a Panhard forum here 'cos I cannot find a 24CT!
(Carries 5 and...

Try under the dash to the right hand side of the steering wheel by the ecu held its held by an 8mm bolt.
Paul.

Have you tried a little WD40 or simalar. Could be just a dirty contact, dust in the connectors. Have alook by taking off the steering cowling / shroud.

Yes! You can. It is one of the things that make Citroens special. BTW, does anybody have recordings of the gsa adverts? The best car commercials Full Stop

If your bored try this site for a bit of fun and information.

Cant really advise but ive been to france to watch the le mans 24 hour race 3 times. First time in my visa gti I took a railway crossing too quick and destroyed a rear shock. Drove back down the road with my friend and using sign language at this local citroen speciliast garage got them to come and pick it up and left the car there for 4 days...

I read somewhere recently that there's a difference depending on who's to blame. If it's you, tough. If it's someone else, they have to get you back to the situation as before the accident, not just give you the value (their view of the value) of your cherished antique. Is this true or was it just wishful thinking?

Following on from their Sex Manual, Haynes are about to publish a new title - Male Obesity. Can't wait!!

As long as the lean is not too excessive and you don't go too high on the stands you should be alright. I have a set of 2tonne stands from H***ords and they are ok for a ZX or Xsara. And my drive slopes down hill a little but I always chock the rear wheels aswell.

If you ever re-apply for a job there, be sure to post their response.

Yes but the quality just ain't there. Lady Penelope is now driven in a Ford!

Bugger it!!

Hi Tom, maybe if you phone the local civic centre or police station, they would be able to advise you as to what course of action you could take, and what options are open to you.. Sorry I can't be more helpfull.

to make money for the contractors (and out of you of course.)

Saw the pics last week in 1 of our papers. The 3 door looks good at the back,a bit more Citroen of old! Will have to pop down local dealer when it arives just to have a look.Npt sure about the central dash though.

Fools and their money.........
Wonder what he is doing with the second one?

Sounds like it was worth the work after all, my own dream spec one is still running well, it seems to upset Bora TDI drivers immensely;)

No one knows as ken was put on hold for 10 mins. Only joking as my local brach is manick all day every day. When the phone rings they're always balancing two other jobs at once still good customer service though. As for the quizz can't the answer be found on Kens web page on the BBC?
