indicator problem xsara

My wifes xsara HDI 2.0 year 03, indicators on the right-hand-side work intermitantly, i.e. if you flick the indicator colume switch up a few times if will work, but not always the first time.
I be most greatfull if someone help.

Have you tried a little WD40 or simalar. Could be just a dirty contact, dust in the connectors. Have alook by taking off the steering cowling / shroud.

Well known problem on Multiplexed Xsaras etc. It needs a new indicator switch - called COMS 2000 afaik. Dealer should know about it, and it should be a warranty job!
