2014 C5 Tourer reverse camera - No guidance lines

[HerrKatzen]

Greetings,

I recently bought an used 2014 C5 Tourer (RHH Engine) that comes with the reverse camera.
OPR number is 13723 (5th June 2014).

The car is equipped with a RNEG2 system, SW version 2.86b (it came with that when bought last Saturday).

My issue is that I do not have the guidance lines when backing up. The owner's manual shows the lines but they do not appear on my screen.
Anyone knows how to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

Can you add a picture of your screen showing what it does display when in reverse?

Hi Mick,
Yeah, you're right... probably should have started there also! My bad.
This is the image I have right now.

Any help?

Če imate in znate delati z mirascipt si lahko pomagate z konfiguracijo iz podobnega vozila C5 z vgrajeno kamero - imam, lahko pošljem datoteke na vaš mail.

Please post in English.

"If you have Mirascript and know how to use it, you can use the configuration from a similar C5 vehicle with a built-in camera—I have it, and I can send the files to your email".
