2014 C5 Tourer reverse camera - No guidance lines

Greetings,

I recently bought an used 2014 C5 Tourer (RHH Engine) that comes with the reverse camera.
OPR number is 13723 (5th June 2014).

The car is equipped with a RNEG2 system, SW version 2.86b (it came with that when bought last Saturday).

My issue is that I do not have the guidance lines when backing up. The owner's manual shows the lines but they do not appear on my screen.
Anyone knows how to solve this?

Can you add a picture of your screen showing what it does display when in reverse?
