DIAGBOX Procedure for Replacing Clutch Kit and Flywheel

Unread post by MaxHdi »

Hello everyone,
I will need to replace the clutch kit, flywheel, and hydraulic bearing on my 2008 C4 Picasso 2.0 HDi together with my trusted mechanic.
I would like to ask if anyone knows in detail the steps to follow using DIAGBOX before and after the kit replacement. Is it a guided procedure in the software, or are these separate interventions?
From what I have read, the following steps are involved in this sequence:

Depressurizing the robot circuit

Replacing the mechanical components

Pressurizing the robot circuit

Bleeding the circuit

Learning the minimum and maximum clutch points ???

Learning the clutch disengagement/engagement point
I would be grateful if anyone who has maybe performed this procedure could help me understand what needs to be done.

I believe you do have the sequence correct there and hopefully one of our experienced members will be along to give their opinion soon. :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Sounds about right but i would add you must have good battery support when carrying out the procedures, if the garage doesn't have access to a good battery support unit then i would connect another running vehicle with jump leads. Without battery support i find these procedures more often than not fail.

Thanks, that surely helps. Anyway she's a more recent car and different diagnostic tool but gives an idea. As long it's a guided procedure it should't be too hard
