Replacing the headlights from halogen to xenon

Hello my friends, I have a Citroen C5 2010 2 liter. I replaced the headlights from halogen to xenon, but the high beam does not work. What is the solution?

I also changed the front bumper to one that has front sensors and wipers for the lights, but they did not work.
