Hello everyone,
I have a Citroën DS4 with the RT6 (RNEG2) head unit. Unfortunately, I accidentally formatted the original microSD card and now my unit only shows a black screen or freezes on the Citroën logo. The CD drive keeps spinning and it doesn’t read my USB stick with the firmware update (2.86).
Since the internal SD card is empty, I believe I need a complete RT6 system image (.img) to write onto a new microSD (8GB or 16GB).
Could someone please share a working RT6 SD card image dump (version 2.20 or 2.86)?
A Mega/Google Drive link would be really helpful.
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards

I believe there are members who will be able to help here but I'm afraid I'm not one of them, good luck!

I doubt you will get a system image. Apart from anything else, there are a multitude of different options across the vehicles with an RT6 fitted.
You need to persevere with your firmware update. What have you got on your USB stick? How large is it? 8GB is as large as is needed. 32GB is as large as should be used. Also, USB 2 maximum, not USB 3.
