Strange noise squeak from engine 1.6hdi fab

Help
Unfortunately, I'm struggling to repair my car! 😫
While driving, it makes strange sounds (video in the link).



The sound was like something was in the vacuum pump – replaced it, no luck!
Then I replaced the turbocharger, still making noise!
Using the program diagbox FAB regeneration and it stopped, but after a few KM it came back again. 🤔

Any ideas?

Hello,
I'm looking for an answer to this problem but I managed to find it myself, maybe it will save someone time and money.

The EGR gasket was damaged.
