Issue with Gearbox Programming – Peugeot 508 2011 Semi-Automatic

I own a Peugeot 508 2011 semi-automatic, and I’m facing an issue with the gearbox.

Initially, the gearbox was not engaging at all and showed the fault code P0925.
To resolve the issue, I replaced the entire gearbox. After the replacement, the gearbox started engaging, but I got a message on the screen:
“Gearbox fault: repair needed.”

I proceeded to reprogram the new gearbox, which consists of two steps:
1. Programming the gearbox starter box
2. Programming the clutch bearing point

The first step completed successfully. However, the second step (clutch bearing point programming) always fails, and I get the same original fault P0925, with a message that the programming was not completed.

After attempting the programming, the gearbox again refuses to engage in A (automatic) mode.
When I shift into R (reverse), the car jerks slightly, then turns off automatically.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed, as I’m unable to complete the programming and resolve the fault.

Did you fit a new clutch kit and flywheel as well as a new gear box ?

Its worth noting that battery support is essential when programming the clutch/gear actuators, regardless of how good you think the battery is. Ideally you should have another running car connected with jump leads. In my experience this programming procedure will almost always fail without battery support.

Every thing have been changed in the gearbox and i tried to put another car and wiring the batteries but also it doesn’t work the first step of the program goes good but when i go to the other step of programmed the clutch bearing point it just keep failing
