1.6 99hp bluehdi regeneration
Hello, I am collecting information about the regeneration process of the 1.6 bluehdi 99hp version. Can someone confirm that their window heater is ON when FAP is regenerating? Mine is working correctly but is not ON during regeneration and I am assuming there is software problem (because of the Adblue removal).

The FAP really has nothing to do with the Adblue circuit. So, unless the Adblue removal (which we do not condone here) was botched, it shouldn't have any effect.
Having said that, the FAP regeneration doesn't always require the extra heating. If the vehicle is being driven fast enough and the exhaust system can reach a high enough temperature then natural, unassisted regeneration can take place. I think this might be what you referring to.

Thank you for the reply. I bought the car, then understand that the Adblue is removed. The problem I am facing is described here viewtopic.php?t=86220 . I want to keep my FAP and I am thinking of cleaning it because of the frequent regenerations - 110km average distance. The car is driven mostly in short journeys - 3-5km, which I know is not good fot the FAP, but my wife is loving the car and do not want to sell it 
. I will try to monitor the heater then, because the last regeneration happened, i was connected a buzzer to the back window heater, but I was driving 130km/h with AC ON and as you assume there would be no necessary for additional heating.

How many miles (kilometres) has the vehicle done? Have you checked with a diagnostic reader how much Eolys is left?

185k kilometers. I bought the car from a truck company last year with 177k on the odometer. The car was used by a service engineer to repair the trucks, so only long journeys. I just checked the Eolys level with Diagbox - 730ml/1190ml. What is also interesting - every time I check the "rate of clogging of the particle filter with cynders" shows 0%. The last generation was before 45km. Total soot - 2.477g.
