C5 II power steering wont work anymore

My power steering quit working for good now. C5 II 2006 2.0 petrol.

It started the "power steering faulty" errors 6 months back and it went away allways with few tricks.
-Bleeding air from the system
-Topped the LDS level
-Battery level checked
-Fuses checked.

Wiring going to the pump seems to be fine.
Suspension works just fine.

Any ideas what to check next?

The only time I had power steering trouble on my 2006 C5 it was the battery dying, a new battery fixed it and no more problems.

I had the same issue, found out it was a low tension on the main power supply of the pump. I just added an alternative wire (fused) and cut the orignal one. Check also here:
