cruise control?

Unread post by deepfat »

I have never used cruise control but thought the speed limiter could come in handy but can find no trace of the cruise/limiter?? The build details say it is there but no lights/indicators show on the dash as per the handbook pictures, any ideas?
I do have problems with the central locking and suspect the ??board is going on the blink could this affect the cruise as well, to this end I have got a SH Lexia but as yet haven't plucked up the courage to plug it in my excuse being it's cold. Now it's getting warmer I will bite the bullet and plug it in, is Lexia intuitive or will I need a 4 year old to explain it.

Cruise is on a short stalk on the left side of the column on my 2010, speed limiter is a little wheel on the same stalk, only tried the cruise control up to now.

Read your vehicle manual - it's all in there. If you don't have an owner's manual or only have a cut down version, you can download it for free using the link and instructions here to get it direct from Citroen. Note that when selecting the date range, you need to select the 17/08/2012 to 30/04/2014 manual as your build date was Feb 2014.

The paddle stalk on the left side has a thumb wheel, which must first be scrolled from the non-operative position in the middle, to the top for the limiter function or to the bottom for the cruise function.

The rest of the operating instructions are int he manual on how to set, pause, resume.
