Few things I have to discuss and do some research.
Patient is C4 Coupe (_LA) 2005 with VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
First one - something is eating battery. Quickly. Car is going into Economy Mode within 5 minutes or less. I've checked all the fuses, nothing special at all.
On some fuses I see voltage of 12.41V in both engine/cabin boxes.
The last two suspects - either RD4 itself or fan resistor (awaiting for replacement)
Which of fuses should still present some voltage when car is in "sleep" mode - nothing should be active. It's not in the service book or I'm blind
Second one - it died again recently. Camshaft sensor but this is already fixed. I plugged it with my fancy full chinese actia clone (it clicks during operation) to Diagbox - Lexia 3 doesn't work for me or I'm providing wrong RPO number
I've noticed multiple errors so diagnosis was performed.
P1693, P1694, U2000 - that's what BSM is reporting all the time. Most likely all related to camshaft sensor in some unknown way because everything runs just fine.
The funniest one is sitting in BSI category. To be honest I'm completely confused. All of a sudden it started to report F034 - absence of comm with alarm ECU. ;? I have an alarm preinstalled?
Where?I mean - literally it is on available ECUs under repair list but it never worked once o.O I was opening the car few times in the past with one window lowered and closure from remote. Absolute silence, nothing happened.
After some deeper digging I realised that I have many other functions installed and visible as PRESENT in Diagbox but literally none of them work. It includes opening/closing windows from remote, automatic hazard light during sharp deceleration, parking assistance according to diagbox is only rear but equipped with obstacle distance.. there is nothing appearing on the screen ;? It provides only audible beeping.
Is there a way to ask PSA for a list of equipment originally installed in this vehicle?
The last of things I'm not able to find what is causing them.. but it's better to show them than describe them.
There is a high sound located somewhere near belt area.
It occurs only while ignition is on.
Other one - button panel of ESP/Parking Assistance blinking. Of course it's dark afterwards. Button lights work. This happens twice a day - after night when I go to work and then after 8 hours when I go home. Always caused by turning lights on.
