C5 After Market Android - No sounds at the rear.

Guys I need help, I'm getting cuckoo over here

I'm posting this question here because I've looked everywhere and can't find the solution.

So I've installed a Chinese brand Android aftermarket multimedia system "Junsun" and it works pretty well except for the sound..
The sound is absolutely terrible and above all I have no sound at the rear speakers, and I don't understand why?

I've tried a lot of so called solutions I found online but I can't get it work...

Logically I have an amp because I have the Hi-Fi pack but I'm going to check this weekend in the glove compartment, just to make sure.

Could someone give me the solution because I can't figure out if the sound is coming out of my amp or not and if not, how to connect it and therefore if it's possible?

This is the reason, because you have an Amp. This means the hole system works different.

That's something you will need to take up with the aftermarket supplier - we don't support after-market units because of compatibility issues or the additional requirements they may need to function correctly with the factory system /vehicle.

When i upgraded to an android unit when doing research i notice that for my model there was listings for 'CAN bus' versions & non CAN bus. My car model is only available with CAN bus but when i looked further into it, it seems like that is Chinglish for Factory amp or no factory amp.
Sounds to me like you need a different adapter harness that is compatible with the factory HiFi amp.
Back in the day when i used to fit a lot of phone handsfree kits you normally needed a different adapter if the car had Bose, H/K sound system etc.

By harness you mean the quadlock ISO connector?
I saw that it was car brand related and not speakers' brand related, like this one:

Removing the amp wont make a difference as its to do with the way its wired.

Here you can see the reason.
With an amplifier there are only 4 wires come from the radio and being multiplex by the amplifier.
When you have only a radio then there are 8 wires for 4 speakers.

yeah I also noticed that but these idiots didn't specify this when I bought the unit, they only added this recently...
now it explains why I have the problem..

what can I do now?

So if that diagram is correct you could disconnect & bypass the amp by linking the speaker wires direct. That's pretty much all the adapter harnesses you get do, they just bypass the amp.

I think I understand the explanation (kind of) but sadly the schematics don't make any sense to me

yeah so by bypass you mean connect another aftermarket amp, even a basic cheap one and that should do it?

You can also first try to disable the multiplex option in the diadbox on/off.
It's in the part amplifier yes/no.
