Citroen C3 RD45 stereo system

Hi All,
I have an OEM RD45 stereo in a 2012 Citroen C3.
I don't have the handbook, and the radio powers on ok, but it makes a constant beeping sound which I believe means that a PIN code must be entered.
I removed the radio from the dash to try and identify the serial no, and there are 2 stickers showing various part numbers, model nos etc...Brand is Continental but I'm not sure which one is the serial number.
Does anyone know the format of the serial number or can it be accessed via the radio menus ?

If the radio is beeping it must not be the one originally installed when the car was made. To stop this it will need to be coded to the car vin with a diagnostic using Citroen diagnostic equipment. It will not have a pin and the numbers on the radio are not relevant to stop the beeping. Other option is to put the original radio back. As above - it's VIN coded, so no pin, so has likely been replaced with another unit.
