They appear to just have a plastic barb on the bottom. I doubt you can access the back to release the tabs so just lever them out and break the clips, then push the new ones in.

That’s what I was thinking, and you’re right there is no lower access, so it must be a destructive removal. Was concerned the barb clips might hinder reinsertion if they stick in the hole.
Cant seem to find anyone who’s done these myself. Would rather avoid the garage fees for a trivial part.

I’m going to try to insert a flathead flush to the base and wiggle see if I can squeeze the tabs in a bit first just in case.

Update for anyone else in similar situation. Weather too cold, driveway not flat enough I gave up 30min into my efforts, and went to the garage.
€40 to swap out. One note, I bought these as they were the only new ones I could find but they have a slightly different OEM code- the correct part (after removal of the old) was 9818969480. Although apparently identical the clips didn’t grab at the rear of the union and we bonded it to the arm instead. Serves me right buying from China but was 1/4 the price for a new pair than a used single.
