oil in the coolant

Unread post by Nunofil3 »

Hi all,
I have a DS3 1.2 L Petrol puretech 2016 that already gave me a few problems. The last one is a leak of coolant and oil traces on the coolant bottle but no trace of coolant in the engine oil.
i have found the leak which is from the engine Coolant Union hose that connects to the engine block from the electric auxiliary water pump.
The first thing i hear is that the head gasket gone but can this be the oil cooler instead?
There is some white smoke coming off the exhaust when accelerating.
any ideas?

Oil cooler part number

Unread post by Nunofil3 »

Evening,

I have a DS3 1.2 Petrol manual 2016. i have found some traces of oil in the coolant bottle and i suspect that the oil cooler is the cause of it.
I want to replace it but i don't know the part number. Does anyone can help me with this please?
I have added a pic for reference.
Thanks in advance.

We can help if you need an original genuine part number, part diagram or vehicle factory build sheet and can't already find the info you need on the Forum. For this service, we do ask for a membership upgrade for official parts data as we are in turn charged for this. It will cover you for future part number requests for up to 3 years, so excellent value.

If interested, links are below, then provide your vehicle's VIN in full, which will be masked automatically when you submit your post.
