BSI accsess code

Hi all and thank you in advance for any help, i have a Peugeot Partner 2002.
About 2 years ago i disconnected the battery as i wasn't using the van for awhile and after reconnecting it it just wont start (engine spins over fine)
After some simple research i realised the diesel wasn't being pumped through so after looking into it i realised that the BSI isnt talking to the ECU so i bought PP2000 to re code them but i don't have the access code for the BSI so i have come to a stop! I'm based in the French Alps and we have no local dealers to help (go figure)
