Question regarding Citroen C4

Unread post by seacam »

Hello,

I recently bought a 2021 Citroen C4 (Sense Plus), and I'm still getting to grips with the electronics. I didn't receive a manual as part of the sale, but have found some options online.

I've been looking in vain to see how to activate the ConnectedCam. I've seen that more expensive trims of the car have various smart features that come from the camera that's embedded behind the main rear view mirror, however the manual mentions that the ConnectedCam can be used. I've tried lots of options, but I can't find any buttons to 'reset' the camera, nor any way to connect to it.

All I'm hoping to find is if there's someone else who has this model of the C4, and if so, can it use the ConnectedCam services? I'm looking at buying a dashcam, but if the car has one built in then that negates the problem.

Any help is much appreciated, and apologies if this has been asked before.

It's all in the manual and if you don't have a manual, follow this link to download one free direct from Citroen or view it online.

Instruction in the post:

Thank you for this. I've looked extensively through this manual, the one on the app and what documentation is available online. I'm still at a loss as to whether my trim level, or even the car, has the feature at all.
