Here you go, so this means your Stop Start System has an Energy Accumulator and this seems to be on the fritz / end of service life.

Fault Code:	P1A9C
Description of Fault:	Energy accumulator: Energy accumulator state of health fault. The state of health of the energy accumulator is detected at the low limit for 0,48 s.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Ignition on
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Switching on of the warning lamp and/or warning message: "SERVICE" warning lamp
Symptoms:	Absence of automatic stopping of the internal combustion engine Malfunction of the Stop and Start switch or its LED
Suspect Areas:	Terminals of energy accumulator and voltage retaining device Energy accumulator

I have got 14.4v going into the stop start ecu under the passenger wing but nothing into the power accumulator. Can I just replace the accumulator without programming the stop start ecu?

@Beaker: Note if you are trying to screenshot the diagnostic screen from a laptop this may be your graphic card memory, especially if it doesn't have a dedicated GPU and shares ram with the laptop.

Best to use the snip tool or another utility to capture a screen if this is the case.

Overheating of the voltage retaining device
Voltage retaining device faulty
These are the diagnostic I got .
Changed the power regulator under the arch with a second hand one but no joy.

Can I replace the stop start capacitor without programming the stop start ecu
