Citroen dispatch 2,0 hi 2020 clear tube pipe hanging under engine

Hi there is clear pipe hanging under engine is this normal as I jack the car up I could see anywhere to attach it it does look like coming from under fuel filter one photo from underneath and one from top

The bottom photo isn't working.

If it comes from the bottom of the diesel fuel filter with the lower end hanging free, it is likely to be for when you drain the filter at a service to remove any water. Our C5 has one but I keep it in the garage rather than leave it on the car.
