Fault code p0100 Citroen c3 1.4 hdi

Hi there

I got a fault code P0100 Quantity of air greater than the minimum threshold
I have changed the maf sensor but the problem still there any suggestions what can it be

So your issue could also be related to the MAP sensor. If replacing sensors, make sure they are branded parts and not cheap ones as these can be faulty to start with.

Info on the fault for you:

Fault Code:	P0100
Description of Fault:	Air flow measure: Quantity of air above the maximum threshold. Description of the diagnostics: Measured air flow greater than 700 mg/stroke for 2 s. Conditions of activation of the diagnostics: Engine running.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Driving for 5 minutes with several full load accelerations for 10 seconds.
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Irreversible deactivation of the vehicle cruise control (Need to switch the ignition off and then on, in order to make the function available again). Irreversible deactivation of the vehicle speed limiter (Need to switch the ignition off and then on, in order to make the function available again). Deactivation of the request for regeneration of the particle filter from the diagnostic tool. Switching of the turbocharging pressure regulation to controlled mode. Switching on of the warning lamp and/or warning message: Warning lamp MIL.
Symptoms:	Jerking/stalling Noise Lack of power Slightly higher fuel consumption
Suspect Areas:	Atmospheric pressure sensor in the engine management ECU Manifold air entry pressure sensor Air flow meter Leak between turbocharger and air mixer Leak between air mixer and engine inlet (including EGR take-off) Leak on the air mixer Turbocharger Turbocharger fixed geometry control electrovalve Turbocharger fixed geometry position repeat sensor Electrical harnesses Connectors
