I’ve had a look online and a few places are stocking it as a dashboard part, so I’ve looked on catcar and it looks a bit like part 19 or 20 on here. Something to do with the hot air vents system by the sound of things?

Dont think its any of those parts, going by the colour of it i would say it's an externally mounted part, likely part of the under body protection.

Searching on the part number on it suggests it is part of the interior trim https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/115599579113

30480M is not a valid PSA part number. It's not shown for any vehicles, as we already checked that.

The seller is also just using the number etched on the item, but it certainly isn't a valid internal or external number for parts. I've had a job looking / identifying it so far.
Please note, I'm no longer active on the Forum, so won't respond to messages.

It looks like something that might go on the seat base.

I think it might be part of the ventilation plastics. If I am right, there are 2 similar parts (but mirrors of each other) down low on the centre console (possible codes 7588TK and 7588TL). To re-fit it you will first remove the long 'tunnel' plastic (7588YT) between the front seats. There should be a screw to hold the duct in place.

I hope that I am right, and that this helps.
