C4 Grand Picasso 7 2.0 petrol LH dipped beam not working.

I’m a new member, so please forgive me if I make any etiquette mistakes. The car is showing a “LH dipped beam fault” but it’s not the bulb or fuse. When testing with a voltmeter and both LH and RH dipped beam fuses removed. I’m getting a strange reading of approx 7.5 v on the output side of the LH fuse holder and zero on the RH as a comparison. Would anyone be able to help with suggestions or a wiring diagram.

The vin may not be right, there should be a number after the VF and then it will also be masked from public view.

I already corrected your VIN, so removed the superfluous post.

So on this there are separate fuses for both the Front Dipped and Main Beam lamps in the engine compartment Fuse box.

F16 (10A) is the Front Left Hand Main Beam Lamp Fuse
F17 (15A) is the Front Left Dipped Beam Lamp Fuse

So have you checked the correct ones?

It may be that there's an issue with the BSM (Engine Fuse Box) internally.

There are 2 wiring possibilities for this vehicle, so I'll put both up. This can happen where there is a slight change / slight facelift.

With the exception of the wiring codes, most of the component codes are indexed here:

To give you a start 2610 is the left hand Headlamp.
PSF1 is the engine fusebox

I have fixed it. RH dipped beam bulb died, replacing it did not fix the problem. Then after BSI reset, car turned on and the lights came back.
