Ok, so you need to be aware that this is an 18 Gb download! Unless you have Elon Musk's Satellite speeds, it is going to take a while to download! :-D

This map covers all of Europe....

I understand that, but when I click on it nothing downloads!
I clicked on the first 2 links and it started a download. One file was very big alright. But when I click on the maps link, nothing happens. No download. I was wondering if there was supposed to be something there? Or should I just need the 2 files?
Thanks

Try again now - I thing they mucked up the URL and missed off the Secure part of the URL. I've corrected the link (don't use the link in the quotation - go back to my original post with the links). I have tried it and it is working fine.

Good morning, I did the update but unfortunately it didn't change anything. I have an RCC coded to my car that they sent me that I'm going to install, do you know if there is a tutorial on how to do it? I've been looking but I can't find anything. Thank you for your help

I did the update correctly, as you advised me, but it didn't solve the problem. I still have no access to the side buttons and the light is dimmed. I think the only option will be to replace the radio.

Hi Dias, unfortunately, as I mentioned in the installation guidance notes a firmware upgrade won't fix issues that are already present like this sort of thing. It may well be that the the head unit has an internal problem.

You could just try a BSI Reset / Battery Disconnect / Reconnect Procedure as sometimes leaving the power off for a good 10 minutes can ensure everything is shut down and reinitialised properly.

If after you have tried a BSI reset, and the unit is faulty, it may well need a replacement. Good Luck.

Hey there!

I'd be very happy if you could provide the update link for 2020 C3.

Hi,
I have issues with this.
I have downloaded up date successfully to my pc and it would seem successfully to my USB stick, but when I plug it into the car screen it comes up with the following:
Version not compatible with hardware.

I have tried loading it onto two different USB sicks, one USB version 3.0 and the other version 2.0, both 32GB.

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Thanks

Several reasons - but will need your VIN to determine which system you have and the correct procedure.

If you have the system without WiFi you will need a licence file.
Is the USB formatted as FAT32? The default in a Windows PC will be NTFS which is no good.
Have you got the correct firmware?
Is the download corrupt?

Hi!

I have a Peugeot 2018 from 2018, here are the details of the installed software:
HMI version: 21.615.53.14.00
iMX version: x0101175_170420_16.1B108
V850 verzija: W2.1_16.1S712

Through the MyPeugeot app, I am offered to install new software: 1_076_16.1B116.4
I haven't installed this new version of the software yet.

Does my car support Apple CarPlay?
There is no Apple CarPlay icon on the car menu nor does it appear when I connect the iPhone via a USB cable.
