Hi, apologies if these are somewhere obvious, I did check the Electrical Diagrams Index in the Announcements and a quick search but no luck.
I'm looking for the wiring diagrams for a 2004 C3 - 1.4 petrol to help me diagnose and fix an issue.
4 days ago I bought the car; everything seemed fine when I test-drove it. I drove it home, then the next day it stalled and hasn't started again.
Its now showing the following codes:
P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204 (Injector Control, all injectors)
P0444 (Evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge valve - short circuit)
P0351, P0352 (Ignition coil 1-4 - short circuit)
P0135 (Upstream oxygen sensor heating control)
I'm guessing that all these components are electrically connected and something has gone wrong with the wiring?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Re: C3 (2004) - Wiring diagram - Car won't start, multiple fault codes
That section is an index for the component codes, and does not contain diagrams. Diagrams are vehicle, build date and equipment dependent. If you want the Injection diagram, you need to provide your VIN. Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.

Hi Marc,
Thanks for letting me know, the VIN is: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Cheers

Her you are Morgan:
Just use the indices you used before to look up any hardware components.
There isn't a lot of detail on the faults for this vehicle given the age other than what you have.

Re: C3 (2004) - Wiring diagram - Car won't start, multiple fault codes
Thank you so much for that Marc, you very much deserve that break
I have a query based on the diagram and associated indexed components if you don't mind:
Hopefully the image works. I've highlighted a number of items;
1321 & 1322 both relate to Diesel components, the car is a petrol
1151 & 1152 are not present in the Index list.
Any ideas?
TIA
Morgan

1321: cylinder 1 (-) injector control
1322: cylinder 2 (-) injector control
1151: Lighting 1 command
1152: Lighting 2 command

Top man thank you.
Am I looking at the wrong index then?
Sorry to be a pain.

No, we can't include wiring code descriptors are there will be thousands! I've only put up the main hardware components.

All of those devices are on the same circuit. Fuse F15 in the BSM (PSF1)
Except that you do not have a downstream heater circuit fault. Was that missing from your list of faults?

Re: C3 (2004) - Wiring diagram - Car won't start, multiple fault codes
Thanks for having a look - Fuse 15 is fine itself. With the ignition on however, I'm not reading 12V on it, which suggests perhaps an issue with the relay below.
I've tried giving it 12V straight from the battery but so far still haven't been able to start the car. I'm wondering if I need to clear the fault codes, but I'm having trouble doing so.
I do actually have two codes for the oxygen sensors:
P0141
Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 2, bank 1, heater control - circuit malfunction
P0135
Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1, bank 1, heater control - circuit malfunction
Any further thoughts are much appreciated, thank you

Re: C3 (2004) - Wiring diagram - Car won't start, multiple fault codes
This is screaming out BSM fault.
Putting 12v to fuse 15 alone may not be enough as if the relay in the middle has gone down you will also not get any power to fuse 2 which is the output to the fuel pump.
Can we assume you have checked all fuses?
The fault codes wont stop it starting, the faults wont clear if the fault is not fixed.

Re: C3 (2004) - Wiring diagram - Car won't start, multiple fault codes
Okay yeah I'm thinking the same - I'll re-check all the fuses now, I also know there are some hidden fuses if I take the PSF out? I'll check those too, although I'd be concerned one of those failing would point to a bigger fault somewhere else.
Looking further down the line, assuming I can't fix the BSM, is it possible to buy a second hand one and swap out without any ECU issues etc? Thanks

Re: C3 (2004) - Wiring diagram - Car won't start, multiple fault codes
Also, based on this, is it worth trying to provide both F2 and F15 with 12V? And if this solves the issue, I could try and workaround with an external relay powered by something else on the circuit which has the same requirements?

Re: C3 (2004) - Wiring diagram - Car won't start, multiple fault codes
I would probably try powering both fuses to see if it runs.
Yes you would probably be able to make a workaround but what you need to remember is the main relay has a built in safety mechanism that stops the fuel pump if the engine stops running. If you rig it to an ignition live feed if you are in an accident where the fuel line is severed it would continue to pump out fuel till the ignition is switched off.

Re: C3 (2004) - Wiring diagram - Car won't start, multiple fault codes
Will try it in a bit, but I'd have thought powering the F15 fuse would also power F2 (and the coil for the right-side relay)?
