Automatic Citroen C5 x7 Hydractive 2.0HDI 163hp RHH throttle pedal

Hello, greetings from Romania, I have a problem with my c5, when I turn the car on, the “check engine” light comes on . When I try to accelerate it won’t let me go past 3000 rpm. I have the following fault codes: P2132 and P2134.
And I have two more codes but I don’t think are related to this situation: U1218 and U1213. Please help me find a solution

Here is the fault code data. Looks like the accelerator pedal may be the issue.

Fault Code:	P2132
Description of Fault:	Hard point switch on the accelerator pedal: Short circuit to earth. Voltage greater than 4,96 V. The fault immediately appears.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Driving with engine hot for 5 minutes, with the vehicle speed limiter activated.
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Irreversible deactivation of the vehicle speed limiter (Need to switch the ignition off and then on, in order to make the function available again) Deactivation of the tight spot for the cruise control
Symptoms:	No effects immediately perceptible to the customer
Suspect Areas:	Hard point switch on the accelerator pedal Connector Electrical harness

Fault Code:	P2134
Description of Fault:	Hard point switch on the accelerator pedal : The voltage is jammed between "exceeded" and "not exceeded". Voltage less than 0,1 V or greater than 4,695 V. The fault immediately appears.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Driving with engine hot for 5 minutes, with the vehicle speed limiter activated
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Irreversible deactivation of the vehicle speed limiter (Need to switch the ignition off and then on, in order to make the function available again) Deactivation of the tight spot for the cruise control
Symptoms:	No effects immediately perceptible to the customer
