Clutch?

Hi my Citroen C4 grand Picasso 1.6 diesel 2012 is ok on first, second and third gear but on rest is slipping a bit when I put more power on acceleration pedal, (engine revs go up but speed not)on doing this very slowly is not bad, my question is I found on autodoc complete set of clutch and flywheel for £421 but I don't know how to check if it fits my car, on auto doc it says it does but I'm not sure: https://m.autodoc.co.uk/luk/12771444
