In my long search for someone who actually sold fuses
viewtopic.php?t=73289
I discovered there are at least three types of blade type fuses: the normal ones, "mini" and "micro"
Actually, a fourth type is the large "maxi" fuses, big current rating for those.

My C7 has some normal and some mini fuses and maxi ones under the bonnet (e.g suspension pump)

I've yet to see any of the Micro ones yet. Think your C8 is similar vintage so would guess mini is likely what you need?

Oh, and I also found some very odd three legged "two fuses in one" things too!

Stick a picture up and I think I could tell you what type visually

I think that is "where and what rating?" but I took the question to be "what type?"

No worries, I'm so used to just advising where and what Matt, but if it's the type then there are 2 types used on this fusebox on this C8; the larger 40 Amp larger fuse, part: 6500GJ and the mini Fuse in this case for the 10A F3 is part: 6500N9

I have a fair few of the ones on the left. I haven't seen the one on the right before.

The ones on the right can be found in some Honda's, Hyundais' & Kia's
You can also get mini fuses like the one on the left but with longer legs

You can normally still fit a standard mini fuse in place of the stubby leg ones as the leg spacing is the same, They just stick out a bit.
