Hi. My turbo oil feed pipe needs replacing but I can't find a step-by-step guide on how to remove/replace it. Can anyone help? I have bought a new replacement for it.

Re: 207cc GT turbo feed pipe
Some info on the 1.6 HDi turbo oil feed pipe
viewtopic.php?t=73096
- it is in very similar location to the 1.6 petrol turbocharger. And the same terrible pipe connection. I did find a thread on the petrol turbo (last picture in the thread linked above is from the petrol discussion, but can't find it right now!)

Re: 207cc GT turbo feed pipe
I have done this on my 308 THP 156 but did not do a detailed write-up.
Generally speaking, you need to remove the catalytic converter and the heatshield behind it to get access to the lower end of the pipe. The manifold and turbo can remain in place. I decided to fit a better quality braided hose with proper crimped banjo fittings, as the original design is very prone to failure.
If you are keeping the car for a while, I would recommend replacing the gaskets on the oil filter block and oil/water heat exchanger while you have the catalytic out, as these also fail with age.
