2011 5008 2L EOLYS tank - what part # ?

Hi, new here - please be gentle !
I have a 2011 5008 2L 150 with a split EOLYS tank. Local garage is not helpful beyond that, "can't source" but could fit/re-register etc
Trouble is, I think there are at least 2 versions of the tank/fittings.
What part do I need to look for ? (happy to buy with or without pump, I guess)
