Citroen C5 X7 2010, 1,6 HdI - cable loom cut off

Hi mates,
I would like to ask You, what could be this cable used for? I found it in the fuse box compartment below the board/BSI. It is Citroen C5 X7 1,6HdI, manufactured 2010.
Previously I thought, that it would be for the preheat relay, but it is not. Another point is, I have no preheat symbol displaying during engine preheat on the dashboard display when the engine is cold, because the engine doesnt start easily when cold, and has to be started/preheated twice... Any ideas please? Many thanks in advance, Petr

The BSI is in the vehicle not the engine bay, so that is likely coming from the engine fuse box or supplies management.

If you look on the wiring sheath, every 2-3 inches there will be a code repeated. If you can get a shot of these codes or advise me for each wire, I should be able to look them up.
