Peugeot 508 error code U1208 & P0A1A please HELP!!!

greeting guys, need some help here just bought 2012 peugeot 508 1.6 thp 6at aisin transmission, engine light on and scan diagbox found out 2 error code, first one is P0A1A (alternator) but i use meter test idle car is 14volt so mean alternator have charging (totally no idea whats the problem and the second code is U1208 from transmission signal error transmitted by the ecu over the can network and yes the car totally is normal running just after clear that U1208 code next start engine it pop up again and when it pop up car is abit hard to start like cranking 2 to 3 time only start up but after i clear that code then cranking 1 time can start up.

Conditions for Fault to clear:	Communication with the piloted alternator in conformity : For at least 0,05 s
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:
Symptoms:	Unstable idling, Idle speed too high
Suspect Areas:	Electrical harness, Alternator

Description of Fault:	Fault in the information transmitted by the engine management ECU: Value received incorrect. No information sent by the engine ECU (Foot throttle pedal; Engine speed; engine torque). The time of appearance of the fault code is 1s. The following conditions have to be met for fault activation: - Ignition on - The starter motor is not operating
Technical precision on the context of appearance of the fault code	Supply voltage correct between 8V and 16V (Pin 3 of the 28-way connector) Absence of fault codes U1000 - U1003 - U1108 Warning Lamps: If there is a fault on the information on accelerator pedal position or engine speed: "SERVICE" warning lamp Sport warning lamp Snow warning lamp Automatic or 6-speed piloted manual gearbox warning lamps (Orange PRND triangle) Display of a "-" on the fascia panel
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Reception of 20 consecutive items of valid information.
