DS4 Thermostat Pipe

Unread post by mccartbr »

I bought my Daughter a 2012 DS4 (200hp) model and it developed a leak on the hose that connects the thermostat housing to the heater core. This pipe is not the pipe that has the 90 degree angle. This hose has the normal ends as per part number 6466wf, however also has inbuilt a T piece that routes back to the Reservoir.

The numbers that are on the pipe are as follows
PA66GF30
HSR22235

I have been liaising with the dealerships here in Australia, however I don't seem to be able to track down the correct part number for this car. I have attached a picture of the pipe that I removed from the car. Assistance would be appreciated and its a great resource here for what is a rare car here in OZ.

The PA66GF30 means it's made of Polyamide 66 (a type of Nylon) with 30% glass fibre reinforcement !
