broken handle C5 X7

Unread post by Tiagovp »

Hello everyone, I need your help. I don't know how, but I broke the handle on my door. I removed the cover and saw a reference but it's just the cover. Is there a reference for the fixed part? thanks and greetings

You already have the part number there in the photo beginning '96xxxxxxxx'. Just 'Google' that.

Ok, so that part is not sold separately, it's part of the entire door card.

You should be able to find one easily. I wouldn't worry so much about the part number.

Am I right in thinking that this part is the same front and rear?
Or have I made that up?

No, you've made it up Lenny :-D

Both front and rear door cards as well as the handles that are part of the card are different.

I know the outer trim piece is the same (I replaced the one on my driver's door with one from an offside rear door card) so assumed the handle that screws to the door card would be too.
It looks the same.
