Hi there,
I m going to be doing my cambelt and waterpump in the near future.. I was think8ng of a Gates Kit.. would anybody recommend these.. also how do I tell exactly which engine mine is as there seem to be a few variants under 1.6hdi

Its a 2007 year and the reg number can be supplied by pm if needed/required.

Hi. Gates are fitted as original equipment by PSA on their vehicles, so are of course made to manufacturer's specifications.

You have a DV6ATED4 engine, with code 9HX. As far as official parts go, if you can't already find the info you need on the Forum, we do ask for a membership upgrade for official parts data as we are in turn charged for this. It will cover you for future parts requests for up to 2 years, so excellent value.
