G'Day All,
My Xantia V6 has been trashing the high pressure pipes between the steering ram and pinion.
I am told this is due to wear and/or softness of the steering ram bushes.
These don't seem to be available anywhere in Australia through any of the Citroen parts specialists.
Does anyone know if they would be available direct from ZF or if bushes from another model would fit?
The car is on the mechanic's hoist at the moment in Melbourne and he would like it off there and I would like to drive it again!
Any bright ideas would be appreciated!
Cheers, Chris.

Re: Xantia V6 Steering ram bushes.
OK, the bushes do exist, here is a previous discussion viewtopic.php?t=47050, indicates a diameter of 24mm.
If the OD is actually 22mm, then they (Citroen P/N 405907) seem to be available, e.g. https://www.piecesauto.fr/oenumber/405907.html
I think I found the correct 24mm part (Citroen P/N 405910) e.g. https://www.auto-doc.fr/sasic/2571974

Re: Xantia V6 Steering ram bushes.
Thanks SO much for that!
I did do a search, but to no avail.
That should sort them out.
