Please help!
I have a Citroen Xsara Picasso Desire 1.6 petrol 55plate which misfires and has a fault code P1336 (crankshaft sensor)
I can’t find the sensor on my vehicle and there seems to be a few different models online but can’t find my exact one.
Does anyone know the exact location of the sensor and what it looks like (it’s not by the crankshaft pulley)
Any info on this specific model would be appreciated

Re: Crankshaft sensor
The crank sensor is on the flywheel end on this engine. Its underneath the thermostat housing so can be difficult to see.

Re: Crankshaft sensor
Hello, If the new sensor is a Bosch and it doesn't cure the problem it may be the sensor wiring, hopefully it will work, mine didn't till i did a bit of rewiring. Video from Citroenguy on my post car not starting.
