Check Fuse F11 in the engine compartment fuse box which tends to be the one for the blower. You can't access the relays as it is internal to the engine fusebox, but F11 tends to be the fuse on DS3 Petrol engines. I would actually replace it rather than visually checking it as they can fail without visible signs.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I've checked fuse F11 visually and also with a meter. It is good.

How would a faulty relay be changed then? Garage?

Thanks again.

No - it would be a new fusebox if it was the relay.

There are no user-serviceable parts in these as they are sealed. So double check you don't have a dodgy heater blower control module.

If you have the automatic air conditioning, and if you bought a cheap one from ebay or Amazon or unbranded one from elsewhere, then expect it to possibly be a dud. We get many of those here. Aim for a branded part if you can.
