Citroen Build sheet from VIN?

I am in the process of buying Citroën Jumper van and I can't find any VIN decoder to get Build Sheet for the vehicle.
Is there any site where I can get those information?
If not, can someone post here Build sheet for VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
