Zoe antifreeze

Unread post by Gibbo2286 »

Is it anything special?
I've got blue and pink stuff on my shelf, do I need something different?

AutoDoc when you put your reg in comes up with this page of compatible Anti-Freeze. From the reg it classifies you car as a RENAULT ZOE (65 KW / 88 HP)

The coolant system may well have a special architecture as with the Zoe it helps with thermal management of the battery. The reservoir for this may be locked, it is on some EV's, and should never need topping up.

Edit not so sure thats the case for the ZE 20 may just be the motor. The Active thermal Management System of the Zoe ZE20 Battery pack, may be Air-Cooled from the AC system.
