eMyWay RT6 navigation system problem

Hello,
I have Citroen C4 2013 and problem with eMy Way RT6 navigation system.
1. OK button on right wheel don't work, and function of other buttons are confused. When press ''navigation'' it give me phone function, or when I press ''setup'' it gives me traffic results....
2. And when I want to update firmware and insert USB flash, it starts to checking media on drive and gives me that is media damaged. I tried with 3 different USB( I previous formatted they on FAT 32), but result is same.

If someone had a similar problem, can you give me advice on how to solve it?

Have you changed anything cable wise, or connected any other equipment up to the car, changed or spliced into wiring or fitted anything recently?

Or have you updated firmware recently to V2.86?

I bought it recently, and only what I know is that - this navigation sometimes don't wake up with start engine. And I must press ''eject'' button for 15 sec to wake up display.
Also I can connect my android cell phone via Bluetooth, and only I can make this with button on steering wheel.
I tried to update maps, and when I insert USB the list is empty. (even on USB exist files),and by the way it recognize MP3 music on USB.

It needs further investigation as the unit is obviously faulty if the buttons are accessing the wrong functions. There's not much we can do via a Forum unfortunately with this sort of issue.

I solved my problem. After installation latest firmware 2.86 I installed ''Mirascript CONFIG C4 LOUUNGE'' to recognize right functions for buttons.
And now I tried to install Europe maps, but when I insert USB stick, it gives me empty list, but gives me an option to insert activation code, and I inserted activation code(generated with Generator.jar), and after that it gives me to choose region to update. I choose proper region and it was updating about 50 minutes. But at the and I don't have any map in my car.
I tried with two different USB sticks and also I tried with RT6-2018-2 & RT6-2021(maps from 2018 & 2021 year), but the same result.
First of all I formatted USB stick with FAT32 and copied files into.

Whether anyone has had a similar issue?
