Help advice needed

Evening,

I'm after a bit of advice identifying a pipe/hose has detached from my car.
Looks to be damaged and unsure what it is to replace it.
Ive attached 3 photos and its located close to the mass air senser.

Please could you advice on what this part is and whether or not im still able to use the car without it? And possible cost of fixing?

Car model is a cactus c4 hdi blue 100
