Citroen C4 Grand picasso 2008 BSI exchange

Hello , I've changed BSI ,because old one has died. No communication at all with all modules. When i put new(used) BSI virgin I've done configuration with Autel ,but clusters whole time are black no lights. What could be wrong ? Thank's for advice.

But has the new unit been programmed with the customer confidential code that the engine ECU and transponder keys use? These as you are probably aware are a matched set. So configuration of the options are not enough - it must be coded to the vehicle.

If you've done all that, then something isn't right or the BSI is the wrong type. Hard to say.
