I drive a 2002 Citroen C8 and i need immo pin code, does anyone know how to get the pin by using my VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

They try but cannot get it...maybe their tools not good enough
Engine immobilizer fault came up a few times but it now refuses to start, so I need to set configuration management.

I think you need a proper diagnosis first - you may just have a transponder coil or other electrical issue, which if this is the case, won't be resolved by changing your BSI configuration or changing any of the ECUs.

This is not something we can help you with here. As said in the thread, if it's a customer confidential code you need, you will need to speak to your dealer - if other then you'll need to speak to an engine ECU chip specialist / programmer.
