Hey everyone, I dont have access to the car right now but I cant figure if this black part is the part of the headlight or bumper? One of the headlights is missing it therefore does anyone know if I'm even able to buy it from Citroen or eBay? Thank you!

Looking at a diagram of a C3 bumper, it looks as though your circled area is part of the bumper.

Thanks for reply! Indeed it does look like a part of it, any chance of removing/replacing it other than buying new bumper?
Edit : On a 2nd thought that bumper doesnt really match mine, there is no cut outs under headlights. Here's the picture of front end in attachment. The missing piece is on the right headlight (left if looking at the picture).

How about this one:-
Sorry - I've removed it. It obviously wasn't a match with yours.

Re: Citroen C3 2011 Headlights Help.
There are 2 versions of the C3 (A51) and the styling is slightly different. From the pictures I think you have an older style and as you can see from the diagram below, the whole of the blue section is the bumper, so to answer the question, the piece I have arrowed in green is part of the bumper and not the headlight. Ignore the black arrows, this is part of a procedure from which I took the image.
Now I can't be certain, but there could also be another part above the bumper (the black part under your headlight in your original picture) but I cannot see anything on the parts to indicate this - I'll have another check now.....
...no, I can't see anything anywhere to suggest there is another part - and as John mentions it is very likely part of the whole bumper assembly.

It shouldn't be too difficult to cut a piece of plastic to fit. Then an easy paint job since it's black.
