Re: diagbox/lexia
What version of Diagbox are you installing, there shouldn’t be anything like that unless you are installing some other software?
Pop a screenshot up too that will help.

Re: diagbox/lexia
That doesn't tell me the name of the software and it's version. Is this Diagbox V8 by any chance?
If so, I would forget that if this is for your 2006 C5s. Diagbox V7 will do everything you need. Install up to V7.58 and leave it there - that will cover vehicles up to November 2014 - As it will be launching Lexia anyway, you'll get no benefit whatsoever from installing Diagbox V8 unless you have vehicles from 2016 onwards.

Re: diagbox/lexia
These look like old versions and I can't tell you whether they have been 'modified' to work with cloned Actia interfaces.
If this is an old non-full chip Actia clone unit, you may be restricted to the earliest Diagbox Version 7.02 as it may not work with later software versions. I can't help you with installing these standalone versions as Diagbox 7.0 doesn't have that request.
I would suggest trying to get hold of Diagbox V7 and installing that using the general install instructions out there on the web and allow it to restart after installation and it should be activated at V7.02. Leave it at that and then try it out. It may giove you a choice of Lexia or Diagbox for your C5

Re: diagbox/lexia
Diagbox V7 is the main programme and as said, once installed and it restarts it activates and updates to 7.02. All the other updates are stand alone upgrades going from version to version. So don't apply any updates initially - leave it at 7.02. If your interface is too old it won't work with later versions of Diagbox. Furthermore the updates at certain versions will update the firmware on your actia interface. This can also prevent it from working it you have older hardware.
So get DB V7 and install that > then you'll have V7.02. That should work just fine with your C5.
