I’m getting multiple fault codes and thinking it’s probably fuse related. So if someone could point me in the direction of the most likely culprit I’d appreciate it.

What makes you think there is a problem with the fusebox on the battery? The one on the battery is literally just a fusebox as far as i can tell. Literally just a busbar with some fuses attached.I can’t think what could go wrong with it apart from poor connection at the fuses which could normally be sorted out with some cleaning.

The engine fusebox (PSF1) doesn't just hold the fuses, it has 2 parts to it:

Module 1 contains the maxi fuses
Module 2 contains an electronic card, the relays and fuses.

Its function is listed as:
  • Distributing the electrical supplies under the bonnet
  • Switching of certain actuators under the bonnet
  • Transferring of power to the passenger compartment fuse box, built-in systems interface
  • Communication on the BODY CAN
  • Permitting the acquisition of the signals from sensors under the bonnet
Please note, I'm no longer active on the Forum, so won't respond to messages.

Are we talking about the same fusebox here? The OP has said the fusebox on top of the battery. The PSF1 (or BSM)is the under bonnet fusebox unless im reading this wrong.

I’m really in the dark on this. I’ve no idea where to go with it. Is there anyone knowledgeable close to me that could maybe have a look at it for me please ?
I’m in Bridlington on the east coast.

A photo with an arrow or other pointer might help!

Yes - please post a photo so we're clear which part you're thinking of replacing.
