What are you referring to? The hinge (item 3)?
Generally, just lubricating these with some silicone oil spray and some marine grease would likely solve the issue.

I think the part is no.5 as the door is handeled by one upper and lower arms and the issue i face is with the black part in the middle of both and all lubricans doesnt work

Item 5 is 'DOOR STOP'
Often known as a door stay. It makes a 'clack' noise when door is fully opened, and stops it swinging shut.
The mechanism can wear, and need replacing.
Front doors, L&R: 96 763 451 80
Rear doors, L&R: 96 761 173 80

Is it a common fault in the car as i can see in my country the Engineer in the service center is telling me that too many Citroen cars have the same issue
